Returns & Refunds Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

1. Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy. To initiate a return, contact our support team with your invoice number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product in its current condition.

2. Eligible Return Conditions

A return request may be accepted when all of the following apply:

  • The product is unused and in its original factory condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels are intact and undamaged.
  • A valid original purchase invoice from Do Link is presented.
  • The product has not been custom-configured, installed, powered on in a live environment, or altered in any way.
  • The return request is received within 7 calendar days of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances unless a confirmed manufacturing defect is present:

  • Cabling and cable accessories that have been cut, unrolled, or removed from original spool packaging.
  • Products that have been installed, mounted, powered on, or configured in any way.
  • Software licences, cloud subscriptions, or activation keys.
  • Products damaged by misuse, power surges, incorrect installation by the buyer, or physical impact.
  • Items sold as "open box," "refurbished," "clearance," or "as-is."
  • Custom-assembled or made-to-order items (e.g., pre-cabled racks, labelled patch panels).
  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories.

4. Manufacturing Defects and Warranty

Products with confirmed manufacturing defects within the manufacturer warranty period are handled separately from standard returns. Contact us with a description and photos of the defect for assessment.

Depending on the brand, product type, and defect nature, the resolution may be:

  • Repair under the manufacturer warranty programme.
  • Replacement with an identical or equivalent product.
  • Refund if neither repair nor replacement is feasible.

Warranty claims are processed in coordination with the relevant brand's local service centre in Egypt.

5. Refund Method and Timeline

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued via the same payment method used at purchase.
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, a store credit or bank transfer will be arranged.
  • Original shipping fees paid at purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Do Link error or confirmed manufacturing defect.

6. Return Shipping Responsibility

The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to our warehouse unless:

  • The return is due to a Do Link packing or shipping error.
  • The product arrived with a confirmed manufacturing defect upon delivery.

Products must be securely packed to prevent damage during return transit. Do Link is not responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping due to inadequate packing.

7. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return request, contact us using any of the following:

Include your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
